Heyyyyy Huns, welcome back to my blog! I thought today I would do another What I Wore Wednesday post for you guys as a lot of you seemed to really enjoy the last one! If you haven’t read my first post you can find it under the ‘Fashion’ tab on the homepage. Basically my idea for ‘What I Wore Wednesday’ is just to do a short collective post every month or so featuring a round-up of outfits I’ve worn over the period since the last one. Since my last post, over the rest of September I had a birthday date night, another wedding and a girls night out in town so I thought I would share with you what I wore to each one.

Okay so starting off with my birthday date night with Kyle. We were going out for dinner so I wanted something quite glam but still casual enough to sit in a restaurant. As we all know gals “jeans and a nice top” is probably the best option for that vibe so that’s exactly what I went for! I wore my “Jenna” skinny high-waisted jeans that are a bit shorter at the ankles and have a few rips and frayed features which I love. I love edgy jeans with a nice top I think it adds a bit of glamour and fun. I paired these with a cream, short-sleeved and oversized blouse from River Island and my gorgeous new shoes that Kyle got me as an early birthday present which I featured in my last blog post. They are the most gorgeous nude, suede, Carrie Bradshaw-style shoes with a rose gold diamond brooch and I am obsessed – they really glammed up the jeans and nice top combo! As it is getting a little chilly now here in Scotland I had to wear a coat so I opted for my favourite baby pink waterfall jacket from Lasula Boutique which just gave the whole outfit a nice girly finish.

Top – (Old from RI but here is a similar version)

Jacket (mine is actually from Lasula Boutique but they don’t have this colour anymore! They have the same coat but in more A/W colours though that are just as gorgeous – click here to see them!)

Next we had another wedding to go to and I absolutely loved this dress and got so many compliments on it and messages asking where it was from! It was a gorgeous floral long-sleeved number from Pretty Little Thing. This dress was such good quality and really thick luxurious fabric. The dress is classed as ‘sheer’ but comes with a black underlay so nothing is exposed and it is very classy. It was super comfy and flattering and just perfect for a wedding or special occasion. Pretty Little Thing do this dress in a few different colours but I went for the royal blue as I thought it would go well with my dark hair and blue eyes. I honestly cannot explain how much I adore this dress! It comes in a gorgeous red colour also and another pink/red print! I teamed my dress with black suede stiletto heels from Simmi Shoes and black tassel earrings which are so on trend at the moment. Details below!

On the September holiday weekend I had a night out with the girls and I wanted something fun and cute to wear and I feel like I always wear Pretty Little Thing because i love their styles and fit of their clothes but I wanted to have a wee change so I found myself browsing through the gorgeous clothes on Motel Rocks. I have noticed recently this brand has been getting a lot of hype on Instagram and other fashion blogs so I was excited to see they had this super cute frill hem and cuff cheetah print mini dress. It is the perfect dress to go out dancing in. Again the fit of this was fab and the fabric was very nice and thick, not thin or see through at all so I felt very confident in it. Animal print will alwaaaaays be on trend in my eyes I think it’s how you play it. I like to keep it simple so I wore some simple gold, thin, oversized hoops and my black stilettos again. I just went for sleek, straight hair and simple, glow, nude/brown make-up with dramatic lashes to finish the whole look off.
