Hi everyone! Today I’m back with another post about the Law of Attraction for you all. I did a little poll on Snapchat on Wednesday asking what you would want to see and the Law of Attraction was by far the favourite. I did my first post on LOA not so long ago and I got so many messages about it probably the most I’ve ever got for a blog post so you all seemed to really enjoy it! If you haven’t read my first LOA post then feel free to here

In that post I explained all about the LOA, what it is, how it works and also a few examples of things I believe I have manifested into my life. If you have never heard of the Law Of Attraction before, it is the idea that like attracts like and that you can create the life you want and desire through your thoughts, feelings and actions. A lot of people don’t believe in that concept and that’s okay, I’m not here to preach or try to convert anyone into my way of thinking, this is simply my own personal beliefs and what I am interested in and if you are too then fab!

So I feel like I explained quite a lot in my last post about what the Law of Attraction is so now I want to look a bit deeper into how I make it work for me. There are various techniques you can use to manifest and create the life you have always wanted to live. Some of these techniques people find easier than others but I will list them all below and explain a bit about each one. 


Meditation is a fantastic way of getting grounded and clear on what it is you actually want, not to mention the many health benefits it provides. By focusing on your breathing through meditation, you in turn become more calm and more mindful of the things around you and how they affect you in either a positive or negative way. If you live your life chaotically and are always caught up in what is coming next instead of living life in the moment, it can be difficult to get clear on your desires, which then blocks good things from coming your way. There are loads of different styles of meditation including the traditional quiet reflection whilst focusing on your breath, guided meditation tracks where someone walks you through it all with gentle instruction (you can find these for free on YouTube or there are a few apps for it too!), even just sitting quietly listening to music whilst lying down or reading a book can be a form of meditation for some people. Whatever it is you find relaxes you then do that! 


So in order to properly manifest what you want in life, you have to start with a lil thing called gratitude. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have gratitude for the things that are already in your life because that way, the Universe will reward you with more things to be grateful for. With the LOA you will hear the term “raising your vibration” a lot. This comes from the idea that your energy has to be vibrating at the right frequency in order to attract other things on the same frequency. So for example if you want to manifest your dream car, yet you don’t look after your current one and are always complaining about it and aren’t grateful for it, then you simply won’t attract a new one. It’s the same with money, if you constantly put out the low vibration of not having enough then that is what you will keep attracting. Instead you need to be grateful for your current income, no matter how small. The best way to raise your vibration and be mindful to be more grateful is to keep a gratitude journal. Every morning or night, write down at least 10 things you are grateful for in life. This could be for example the nice cup of coffee you had that morning or even someone who held the door open for you that day. You also need to genuinely feel the gratitude in your heart. If you want to manifest specific things you should write them down in present tense. For example, “I’m so happy and grateful now that I have my dream car.” You can write lists of as many of these as you like and it’s the best way to be clear and put out there exactly what you want. The reason for writing it in the present tense is that in order to manifest or attract what you want you have to speak, write, act and think as if you already have it.

Visualising is one of the most powerful tools ever when it comes to the Law Of Attraction. Remember when you were a child and you would daydream about all of the things you wanted to do and be when you grew up? Remember the feeling of genuinely believeing that it would happen for you with literally no doubt or negative chatter in your mind telling you that it wouldn’t happen? Well my opinion is that we need to all go back to being like that because visualising is one of the keys to manifestation. Imagine yourself living in your dream home – what does it look like? How have you decorated it? Imagine waking up in your dream home and taking in your surroundings. To some it may seem silly and child like but I really encourage it because remember thoughts become things! Whilst visualising, again you need to really feel the feelings of excitement and feel exactly how you would feel if you had that certain thing right this minute. I know you are probably thinking ‘but how do I feel those things if I don’t know what it feels like to have them yet?’ and my answer to that is use your imagination! The more vivid your thoughts and stronger your feelings, the easier it is for the Universe to pick up on it and start delivering your desires. Okay guys last tip and that is speaking things into existence and positive thinking. By using the power of “I Am..” you can literally change your life and thought process. If you always say “I Am… always skint” or “I Am… always late” or “I Am… never going to get my dream car” then guess what? You won’t get it! The words “I Am” should be used really carefully and a lot of us don’t pay attention to how destructive we can be by using ‘I Am’ with a negative attitude. However if you say “I Am… going to get my dream job” or “I Am… going to lose weight” then you are putting yourself and your mind into the proper frequency or vibration to attract that and become that which you speak. I know it seems hard to be positive and happy all of time but it doesn’t have to be. Just taking a few minutes when you get into a negative headspace to take a few deep breaths, be mindful of the fact your thoughts become things and tell yourself 3 positive “I Am…” statements can dramatically improve your life and help you create the one you have always wanted.
